How do I fit the 18mm Bag Strap End Caps to my bag?
All the strap end and zipper end stop caps I sell come with the screws need to fit and secure the hardware to the zip or bag straps and handles. I have made this video which hopefully you find helpful. I find using a small amount of fabric glue in the 18mm Bag Strap End Caps helps to keep the strap securely in place.

Orders are processed Monday, Wednesday and Friday and your order will be shipping the next shipping day being placed. Please be aware I work alone in the business so during busy times orders may take longer to ship.
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail, options of 1st or 2nd class postage as well tracked 24 or 48 are available at checkout.
If there is to be a delay in shipping for periods such as holidays etc there will be a banner on the website and notification at checkout to make you aware.
Please allow up to 10 working days for your parcel to arrive. These are the conditions set by Royal Mail before any claim for a missing parcel can be opened for investigation. Replacements or refunds can only be actioned once a claim has been raised, by placing an order you are agreeing to this. If you parcel hasn't arrived after 10 working days please get in touch with me, and I will raise a claim and investigate with Royal Mail.
