Important Information

This stabiliser is supplied folded to make storage and postage easier. Creases from folding are normal. I recommend unfolding your piece as soon as it arrives and storing it rolled to help reduce fold lines before use.

Orders are processed Monday Wednesday and Friday and your order will be shipping the next shipping day after being placed . All orders are shipped via Royal Mail, options of 1st or 2nd class postage as well tracked 24 or 48 are available at checkout.

If there is to be a delay in shipping for periods such as holidays etc there will be a banner on the website and notification at checkout to make you aware.

Please allow up to 10 working days for your parcel to arrive. These are the conditions set by Royal Mail before any claim for a missing parcel can be opened for investigation. Replacements or refunds can only be actioned once a claim has been raised, by placing an order you are agreeing to this. If you parcel hasn't arrived after 10 working days please get in touch with me, and I will raise a claim and investigate with Royal Mail.
All payments are processed via Wix payments or PayPal, you don't need to have a Wix or PayPal account in order to process your payment with us. Both Apple Pay and Google Pay are available through Wix Payments.

If you wish to return your order, please email us within 14 days to authorise the return. The recipient is responsible for return postage which must be a signed for and insured method of postage. Orders must be returned within 14 days after the return is authorised. All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging and be in a resalable condition.

All of my products are inspected before being dispatched, in the unlikely event of receiving faulty goods, please contact us via email deb@memademakes.co.uk with photos of the faulty items and a description of the fault. We will cover the cost of the return and cover either a refund or replacement.
